This large acrylic painting was produced right at the end of my Art A-Level and took less than 5 days.
The picture isn't the best as a lot of the pinks are washed out. The painting itself is a lot more saturated in colour, playing the contrast of the greens and pinks well against each other.
For me, what sets this painting of most is the blossom which is gently being blown off the tree.
I managed to capture its movement in random, sudden brush strokes and I feel that the dashes of various colour tones give out a stronger energy from the painting as a whole.
